Go wine tasting in Fredericksburg or Spicewood, less than an hour away. You’ll also have a selection of premier golf courses to choose from. So many things to do or just relax and soak up the rays!
This house has 3 bedrooms downstairs on main level that surround a game room complete with pool table and kitchenette. Continue outside and you will find bbq and large outside dining table.
Upstairs, you’ll find the living room, with comfortable seating, open to dining room and kitchen for easy conversation with family, half bath and bar area. Off the living room you’ll find the main bedroom and large luxurious en suite bathroom. Access to the upper patio from the bedroom makes outdoor lounging a pleasure.
