Located on Lake LBJ, this ranch style home is the perfect place to enjoy a lake vacation in a private country setting.  Swim, fish, boat, or jet ski on Texas’ largest constant level lake or simply relax in the shade of the large waterfront yard.

The boat dock has one boat lift and a jet ski/kayak ramp available for guests. Water depth gently slopes from 1 foot at the retaining wall to about 12 feet at the end of the dock.

The 2150 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps 7-8 comfortably. The living room is 15 X 30 with vaulted ceilings with a spectacular views of the lake through floor to ceiling windows.

The large master bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed and is equipped with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed to accommodate 2 guests. Equipped with a bunk bed and a twin with trundle, the third bedroom sleeps 3-4. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a connecting bathroom. The third bathroom is located in the hall near the kitchen.

The home has as fully equipped, recently remodeled kitchen and a large utility/laundry room with an entrance from the back yard for entering the house with wet bathing suits or to store lake toys overnight.
