Leadership is lonely. But it doesn’t have to be. Together with OverCoffee Consulting and Horse + Bow, we’re hosting an immersive leadership development program for women navigating the unique challenges of leading.

The higher your level of responsibility, the fewer people there are you can be completely honest with. You’re expected to make difficult decisions, navigate uncertainty, and hold it all together — often without anyone who truly gets it.

Even the strongest leaders need a trusted sounding board. Someone to think out loud with, to share the hard calls, to remind you that what you’re feeling is real and you’re not the only one.

We’ll start with an equine leadership activity, followed by inspirational talks over lunch, deep conversation circles and plenty of opportunities for collaborating and mentoring.
