The home has a covered outdoor living area equipped with an outdoor refrigerator, barbecue grill, pizza oven, fireplace, patio furniture, with cabinetry and granite countertops making it the perfect spot for enjoying dinner, drinks, and watching the sunset. There is also an uncovered wood deck which is ideal for sunbathing by day, and star gazing by night.

The water front includes a dock with boat lift, double jet ski ramp, plenty of open water for swimming, floating and fishing. Plenty of open grass area for yard games and hanging out. A private neighborhood boat launch is conveniently located just 100 ft. away.
