Our cozy, 2000 sq ft home has 4 sleeping areas (2 BR are KINGs); 2 baths, large living/family area, a HUGE back deck overlooking the yard and open access to the cove. Our covered upper seating area allows for a fully shaded option when you are outside, and the trees overhead keep the rest of the deck mostly shaded during the heat of the day.
