Jackson Street Jams sounds off in Burnet
Burnet’s favorite concert series is tuning up for its 2025 season. Jackson Street Jams, organized by the Burnet Community Coalition, brings free live music, spring through summer, to the historic downtown courthouse square.
The lineup is always fresh with a variety of musical genres represented.
The 2025 Jackson Street Jams shows are:
- March 22—Moe Bandy (country)
- May 3—David Lee Garza (Tejano)
- June 14—Bellamy Brothers (country)
- July 26—Josh Weathers (rock and soul)
- Aug. 16—Dysfunkshun Junkshun (funk)
- Sept. 13—Selena Forever Tribute Band (Tejano)
Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs. Some downtown restaurants, bars, and shops will stay open late on the square on show nights. Concert-goers will find beer and wine available for purchase as well as food trucks on site. The music starts at 7 p.m. and typically wraps up by 10 p.m. Streets around the square are closed to traffic and open for dancing!
