Together with OverCoffee Consulting and Horse + Bow\, we’re hosting an immersive leadership development program for women navigating the unique challenges of leading. \nThis is for you if you wish you had trusted peers to think out loud with.\n…If you’re the only woman on your leadership team.\n…If you’re responsible for making decisions that affect other people.\n…If you wear more hats than anyone realizes.\n…If you want meaningful professional relationships\, not just a bigger LinkedIn network.\n…If you’re looking for women who challenge and encourage you. \nThe higher your level of responsibility\, the fewer people there are you can be completely honest with. You’re expected to make difficult decisions\, navigate uncertainty\, and hold it all together — often without anyone who truly gets it. \nEven the strongest leaders need a trusted sounding board. Someone to think out loud with\, to share the hard calls\, to remind you that what you’re feeling is real and you’re not the only one. \nWe’ll start with an equine leadership activity\, followed by inspirational talks over lunch\, deep conversation circles and plenty of opportunities for collaborating and mentoring.
