Outside, you can sit alongside a gorgeous, half-covered pool on a tiny inlet off of the Colorado River in Kingsland.
Decorated with seafaring images and tools in the blues and greens of the ocean, the delightful home sleeps 8-9 people comfortably. Each bedroom has an attached full bath and a TV.
The welcoming first level offers lounge chairs, a grill, and an outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. A convenient half-bath is on this floor.
From here, you exit through a gate and down steps to access the boat lift and a floating personal watercraft ramp on Lake LBJ.
Make your way upstairs via the elevator or outdoor spiral or standard staircases to the second and third floors.
Next up is the inviting, indoor entertaining space with a spectacular gourmet kitchen and dining area, a comfy living room with a big-screen TV, a spacious deck for boat watching, a laundry room, and full bathroom.
Sleeping quarters are aboard the third level of Mariner’s Manor. A luxurious king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private outdoor balcony. Another room features a queen-size bed, and the third has a single bunk over a full.
For those last-minute guests, the couch in the main living area folds out into a bed.
You’ll feel safe in the gated community next to Legends Golf Club and have quick access to grocery, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the Highland Lakes of Burnet County.
