Perissos Vineyard and Winery is nestled in picturesque Hoover’s Valley. Surrounded by pastoral farmland and granite mountains, it embodies tranquility, beauty, and a unique sense of place. The Texas hills provide a crushed granite soil wonderfully suited to growing grapes. As both winemakers and growers, our commitment and passion is to use only Texas-grown fruit to produce wines of great quality, character and sophistication.
